I have a laptop: Intel Core i5-480M at 2.63 GHZ (Turbo Boost 2.91), 4 GB RAM and Nvidia GeForce GT540M 1GB. So, what is the minimum that the maximum (and the minimum of the maximum is almost the same) issues from 19 to 24 FPS

I have is even better than the Brotherhood, did not expect. Resolution of 1280x1024, 2x antialiasing, Vert. sync. off, everything else at maximum. Config of a computer in profile. Spices fps did not measure, but the feelings 30-40, sags in places (when abrupt changes of perspective, usually)

measured fraps'om at a resolution of 1280x768 with 4x anti-aliasing everything on max except shadows and gives 34-41 fps in a crowded place :) great optimization :)
Computer profile. Everything on max is fine and works consistently(maybe not surprising for my iron).
in General, even with anti-aliasing turned off from 15 to 20 fps on Windows 64 bits!
