Does not see the controller (Grand Theft Auto 5)

GTA Online play on the XBOX 360 controller, sometimes the game just stops recognizing it. Tried all the ways, in the end, to be treated only by restarting the game. What is the problem and is there a way to get rid of it something other than reboot?
