Popping and fire in the carb (My Summer Car)

Already 2 day I am suffering with the same problem. After from under the hood went the white smoke I have changed all 4 pistons, and gasket, then at the start of a carb, heard about the crosses there is a fire, a valve knocking after the adjustment. I will be glad if you can tell what to do!
