Xbox 360 Slim is not included

Bought through Craigslist, without a hard drive. Brought home connected , click on it for a second and then turns green in the centre turns red and the cooler starts to blow wildly, and then just shut off .on the screen,don't have hdmi changed .

Suggest next time to meet the seller gle, then where is the outlet in the cafe, in the Mall, in my office. Will not have such problems. Craigslist warns that you need to check the goods.
