Many players complain about this crap. Rumor has it that if you took the TOP10 while hardly moving on the map (sitting on the ass at attention),then the points will not.
Although some people believe that this is a bug

A fake info, not just once it works fine in all 4 modes was ranked top 1 with 5+ murders, and in a solo game and reached to 11 kills during the game and in different parts of the maps and the points don't come, it's troubles with the servers/game and not punishment for criculating.
