1. Copy the mod files\utilities folder to the root folder of the game.
2. To install the mod — drag in the description of the corresponding fashion, the original game file on the file MGSV_QAR_Tool.exe and then appears a folder with files and the file with the "information" view data_01.data_02. inf or.inf
3. After that, move into the newly created folder mod files, confirming the replacement
4. Drag the created .inf file on MGSV_QAR_Tool.exe back to "packing"
5. Play!
it was pretty brutal and didn't always work
