Bug with resources and technology (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)

For some reason deleting the stored data helps to get rid of hundreds of thousands of resources, millions of GMP and technology.Don't know where they came from, but even reinstalling the game.

Videmo this is a bug by Konami, the game syncs with the servers, online functionality, and apparently there's these very same resources are not erased for some reason... breakdown in the Internet which way is the preservation and demolished them manually can help

I erased all the possible saving of userdata.All which belong to мгс5 did not help.And cheat Engin does not help
