Gothic 2 Gold Edition does not start, Access Violation error (Gothic 2)

You bought Gothic 2 and then dashed off systems pack and patches according to the instructions, but after running appears a black window and you get this window with an error. Tried a Repack with patches and the same problem.
PS in the steam version without the patch the game starts but there is of course not the native resolution. Already the entire Internet clambered, and so found nothing
