Question on MS Word

In short the subject is this: there is an audio recording of a conversation with 2-3 people. For the investigation and transfer to court it is desirable to provide a transcript in text form.
It should look something like this:
5.40 - the beginning of the conversation
5.50 Ivanov I. I. says so
6.20 Petrov V. V. says so
6.30 P. Sidorov else says something
As in Word or other program to automate the insertion of the same name, so we don't have each time to write manually, because of the long conversations?
