Glitches with the keyboard (turn on chat) (Overwatch)

Good evening. Need help with a small question, for keyboard palamau to hell.
This needs to be addressed. Recently pulled down the system, put win10 formatted, and reinstalled the game.
But things have started to happen mishaps, unfortunately at the crucial moment - BEGINS to turn on CHAT in the midst of battle. In the end, the character becomes as vkopanye, well and instantly dies death of the brave, until I understand what's going on and trying to reach the Enter key/
In General tell me that this shit happens every couple of minutes to love on. And settings Claes was shot down and the other keyboard is connected :(
How to fix?
