Antivirus blocks playground

Guys, the banality probably ask and there probably already asked 1000 times... But still... I Have the in short ESET NOD32 Smart Security, and he always locks the file, the mod that I download from the site (type of threat, Trojan, virus and all matter) What to do? Nothing can download. Help.

Disable antivirus during download and use of locked files (or add them to exceptions), or replace to another, and even better they don't use. The best antivirus is the user's head. Here all files / cheats are tested before publication, not the first download files on this website: still nothing on the PC is not caught. And if in doubt, check the file on VirusTotal:
