There is no voice acting in the trailers (A Plague Tale: Innocence)

In the game the dialogue of the characters are present, and in the commercials there. The sounds of the environment is, and what dialogue there. What could be the problem? Repak hatab.

On the license I have Everything worked perfectly until the very end of the game.
The game is not so expensive that it would not buy. And in all the games I bought. It was all good. No crashes, no problems with voice acting, etc.

I have the same problem. The voices have been missing in the cutscenes since the beginning of the chapter where the thieves appeared. License. Apparently the problem has not been solved.
