WHERE PIG SPIDER AND OTHER (LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2)

anyways I passed the mission character and the time of the mission, I saw the spider pig and then this will pass the mission but then combed all of new York 2099 but not found and on mine the map only icons with a lock it could be,but how these icons to open?
