The Internet speed drop because of the RAM

On a single die is 8GB of DDR3 DIMM from Kingston Internet works fine. Put another 8 GB from patriot and the Internet speed drops to 2 K/bit but before that it was 15 m/bit. Frequency equal 1333 MHz. What's the problem?
