Youth Academy - what is it? (FIFA 18)

Why the need for a career in the youth Academy?I do not understand.The young players found by the scouts sit there and even just one level per year is not added.If only the train,then grow skills.Why is it then up?

Cool,well blah you play a career coach and the coach trains the players,as they do need to improve without training?you yourself is not funny to write such nonsense?

What nonsense?Then what players are in the team(mostly young and came from the youth team) is not even passing in the main part,not played a single match and without training, improve skills and entire levels?
