The AMD 7670M.

I bought a new hard drive in laptop,installed Windows,all the wood,and the system does not see the graphics card AMD 7670M and Inel Graphic sees. Laptop Dell Inspirion 15R 5520. Windows 10 build 1709. What to do? Even in the panel instruments does not appear that there is an unidentified card or something like that.
