All starting characters and positions. (X3: Reunion)

Hello,is it possible to open a hidden position without going through the initial sujecki? I want to play for the Commander of the JCC,but don't want to be added to the defender of the earth(just don't associate myself with a woman and a Persian woman).And if you can, how will this affect achievement of the incentive,will the record that the preservation of citerna and so forth?
