Lost satellites in the \"asylum\" how to solve the problem? (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

The game is licensed.Satellites are not displayed in the shelter,lost characters,in the forge all empty.It happened if I'm not mistaken after you download the dlc in the origin,edition game of the year.(and pirates was all zamechatelno on maximum settings so it's not in the gland).If someone had similar problems and were you able to resolve them, please unsubscribe.
