Hangs but not fully...magic. (Watch_Dogs 2)

I have one right ?
Is a picture of the character ITSELF hangs, but people go and you can go to the menu quietly, then hovered just my character...that you had or is it just me ?

Only when the graphics settings to change and not restart the game.And just like that did not happen.
