Error with servers (Test Drive Unlimited 2)

Hello! I recently turned on your router upnp. I go into the game says Your NAT:Open:upnpUsed. Downloaded it via PC wrote: servers test drive unlimited 2 is not available then try...
I go to the game via the PS3 (the account is) writes: to play TDU 2 Online you have to go into network settings and change NAT to Open. Changed! Then again, still says Servers Unavailable!

It's probably because the server really is unavailable.
Turned them off at all

Know that first can play, but the second - not sure

On what platform is it? RS server is. About the PS3 server is not aware of.
