Not working keyboard and mouse. (Borderlands)

Hello.
Decided to play Borderlands, not satisfied with the angle, so I decided to change it.
In WillowInput.ini need to add the command. Button in subingen change review works when pressed with the angle of view changes. But neither the mouse nor the keyboard(move, Esc, etc.) do not work.
