Lozowy build on Quen (theorycrafting) (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

If we can disperse Quen to vozvrata killed? Max. the difficulty, of course. From what one can see:
- full build on the signs;
- rule of magic + top macisco in part of base damage;
- the glyphs on Quen, the runes on the signs;
set medvedik (+200% more damage Quena, i.e. a threefold increase)

Bild does not claim to be super duper vansat efficiency. Just wondering - will you be able to kill at least someone other than rock elementals? Preferably 2-4 back stroke.
