What to give and how to use ?

I made it 2 piece, but from the inventory does not even use. (do not drink)
The quick access gives, but it seems that nothing changes.

I'm a pariah, biochemistry 2, use 2 prep.
Need something else or is it a bug ?

PS I would also be happy about all sorts of tips on the skill of the rogue.
