Where to find the electronic lock pick? (Fallout 2)
The entire game has been everywhere and can't find an electronic lock pick. I read in the Internet that is in the new Reno gun store, but was not found.3 Comments

In San Francisco (in the store at the entrance, gomologov, etc.), at a Military Base in new Reno ( and in the store and in the pockets of the owner of the store)... so many places she comes across.

Well, if you're in San frane... then from there the road will lead you to Navarro, and there is the master key MK2. She lies, like, in the building at the right top corner. There are two more mechanics are inside.
