Gothic 2 Access Violation error (Gothic 2)

Don't know why, but for older Windows XP Gothic does not like long paths with spaces and Cyrillic. Some problem is solved if the game just set in the drive's root (C:\Gothic). Also check what patches did you put for the second part of the original or with the addition of night of the Raven. Demolished StarForce patch gothic2_fix-1.30.0.0 for the original and gothic2_fix-2.6.0.0-rev2 for Night crow. Well, since you have the tenth wind, check whether the firewood you it stuck-and it did.
