The weight of the truck (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Good day to all fans of ETS 2! I have a question: - which prescribes the weight of the truck or how to make so that the truck is not Bouncing like a ball bumping into obstacles? And the speed does not matter at least 5 km/h, at least 25 km/h. its like on the springboard.
