Bad discrete graphics card!

Hello , I have this problem. When you start the game with a discrete graphics card is terribly slow (using MSI Afterburner displays up to 30 fps with dips to 15 and below , and that video card is 100% loaded, while loaded on 128MB, and it is 2 GB(video card gt 920M)),and running with integrated everything is fine (just using MSI Afterburner looked 50-60 fps). All drivers are(I put and new and of.site laptop(acer extensa 2511G) , that is, the laptop sees the card , and everything slows down even the NVIDIA control panel. The laptop was purchased recently.
