How to transfer mod for example, Economic Crisis 2015 on version 1.4.2 ???to transfer a mod from one game to another ???

To change all the files that are affected by the new versions. For example, to move to a new patch (1.5) will need to change the files tricks, forces, interface, and add the solution files.
