Disappearing language bar (Alan Wake)

Hi all. I want to share another way to fix disappearing panel.
In win10 click on the language bar, select settings, then select the English language pack, open options. To check which keyboard is selected, I have stood US international QWERTY, replaced by a simple. After that the language bar stopped disappearing. Perhaps this method will be useful to someone

I already had a regular US QWERTY, replacing it with another layout did not help. I did a little differently. If you play with Russian localization, you need to select your preferred language "Russian" in the language settings. The preferred language should be on top of the rest.
