"Error when reading game data\" (Destiny 2)

Maybe I'm not the only one. Game crashes every 15minutes and a difference on the job or you're just at the farm stand. Used to be okay, it all started after the last update. Removing file cvars.xml does not solve anything. Moreover, a friend who has almost the similar configuration of the computer - not one of those. Win 10.
