Need help administration (Diablo 2)
Good day!There was a following problem. 25.11.2017 several times the game hung while trying to log into the portal in Furnace of Pain (Played in pairs with a friend). Several attempts to log with the old password nor to no avail. In the end, I decided to recover the password via the game menu. But emails not received (tried twice). Apparently when the registration was not provided mail. But the password I think has changed.

This account the last time came in February 2016. Apparently you played on another server, and now suddenly decided to go on our server under the same username, in consequence of which got an ip ban (temporary) for multiple attempts to enter an incorrect password.
And password we have restored via the form on the website.
