What screen need that? Open properties of the shortcut that starts the game and copy it line the start of the game where the path to failure
Create a text file called Sniper3.cmd
Write in it (instead of D:\Games\Sniper3.exe substitute your path to the file, don't forget to put quotes if the path uses spaces)
start /high D:\Games\Sniper3.exe
