Low fps in Redux (Metro 2033)

Downloaded and installed Metro 2033 Redux launch - and it gives me 11-13 fps, although requirements. Play of course on the laptop, with 8 GB of RAM and none of the Amd Radeon R5 M330. 11 fps is at the lowest setting( On this laptop on low the Witcher 3 passed with a stable 20-25 fps. On the laptop is Windows 10. Can help somebody?

I don't know what you have for the cent, but the video media (memory DDR 3 bus-64 bit). To put it mildly, this video card not for games. For old games on low settings going.

Ryazancevэто I understand, but with the same vidyuhi I was playing for example in The Witcher 3, Call of Duty Ghosts, GTA 5, Fallout 4, Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, i.e. games whose requirements far exceed the requirements of Metro Redux. And in all these games, the fps never dropped below 20(

In other games everything is fine, but Metro shows so much fps. Tried to download DriverPack Solution - drivers, it gave me a completely different map. Found the driver from the AMD website - after installing the mouse to freesite beginning.
