Discontinued operation programs \"gta_sa.exe\" (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

When you try to open a clean installed gta san andreas, climbs a message stating that the terminated program gta_sa.exe

Installed a licensed version of Windows 10 x64

Fully complies with the minimum requirements gta san andreas
This error appeared when installing the checkbox in the control panel on DirectPlay
At the advice of many forums, if you disable this option to get a different message
Which says what is required DirectX version 9

If you set the compatibility to Windows Vista there is no resolution more than 1680x1050, my monitor is FullHD (1920x1080)
I beg you help I want to play this game

folder move everything to the root folder of San Andreas and enjoy the high resolution!

Super one problem was solved now the other, when you start Samp all options are present and issues this message
