Black screen (Need for Speed Payback)

Guys,tell me what could be the problem,in full screen turn on-black screen,the monitor just flickers(on-off),I am in windowed mode,everything is OK,I suspect that the problem with the frequency,tried all permissions switched on and off vertical sync,nothing has helped
