Manual for use with Dunia 2 tools (Far Cry 4)

Hello everyone, I want to modify the game files and also disable some effects and Yes, set postfx= off/false nothing helped but I know that in the patch file.dat has the ability to disable all unnecessary so I want to know how to use the Dunia 2 tools after the package back even not changing the game already do not want to run.
