No section details \"General\". (Garry's Mod)

Deleted GMOD due to the fact that you do not play (Steam). But recently a friend suggested we go to play, I agreed. Downloaded, installed, everything OK, but after logging on to the server (playing on Hamachi) I saw one like not a big problem - in the context menu (q), see details the General in addition to missing one in HL2. Before it was all right, tell me, what do I do ? To reinstall the game, or what ?
