Grainy graphics. (Call of Duty: WWII)

Hi, I don't know what there all settings on ultra, but the graphics are very grainy, it feels like the entire monitor in the dust, looking on YouTube there seems a clear image, and I have shows how badly configured the TV with the ruffle.
