Not working new game and some glitches with the interface. (Silent Hunter 5: Battle of the Atlantic)

Rocked like mechanics, in the first screenshot button does not work Exit, her button Back, out of the game is obtained only through the Esc.

On the second screenshot career, the button to start a new game does not work, I press and zero response, anything else is not active, clicked - zero attention.

Maybe somebody faced with such? I think you download from someone else repak, but you never know, maybe something to correct the configs of the game necessary?
Tried to change screen resolution, toggle full screen, windowed mode, zero response.
