The choice of graphics card, cutting all power?

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 640, 3000 MHz (15 x 200)
Video card: AMD Radeon HD 5670 (1 GB)
RAM: Kingston HyperX KHX1600C10S3/4GXF two dies at DDR3 4 GB 1600 MHz (8GB together)
Power supply: 400W ViewApple
Monitor: LG Flatron W1942S ( with resolutions 1440x900 )
Now, most importantly, I want to replace the video card to a GTX 750 TI (2 GB VRAM) raskroit all power, does it make sense to buy it???

He's right: in Athlone there is no SSE 4.1 / 4.2 and AVX, even if you buy a more powerful graphics card, with that CPU in some new games to play it does not. For comparison: my former Athlone (same) and the current i7.
