Must be their stats enough, WITHOUT taking into account the various rings and amulets and other items that give stats.Look wearing rings and amulets if they give the selected stat - its NOT Boudet miss it its CLEAN the North.
if anything such is not present - the upgrade 1 feature +1 or both features in +1, should solve the bug.
