Relationship of intelligence and experience. (Fallout Shelter)

Intelligence does not directly affect the experience people. But looking through the records of travel in the wasteland, scout does not receive the experience gained:0 Could there be a probability of getting a\non-receipt experience, we expect from intelligence?

Intelligence nothing to do with ...
The scout gets the experience for some actions - murder, help, etc. If you scout someone got stumps and did not cause additional damage to the enemy, he takes damage and no experience.

Is it (as far as I understand ...) about gaining experience in the wasteland? The alignment is as follows: the general set of all parameters acts on the performance of all functions (survivability, victories in skirmishes, finding various belongings and increasing experience ...) (well, perhaps, a little more importance is ... LUCK). Specifically, each parameter is important when working in specialized (production) rooms. In appropriate rooms, it increases the production speed, i.e. the intellect of particular interest is responsible for the performance of the process in the lab and in the hospital. Endurance, as it was written above, does not at all affect the level increase in any way, but YES! - it affects the amount of increase in general health received WHEN YOU INCREASE that same level ... There is a little tricky advice: to get more health when the level rises, you need to catch a moment close to raising and put on the Persian clothes with + to the parameter E. the higher the E value, and the more +, the more health the ward will receive.
