During the operation of a new laptop with new hardware

Hello everyone, the situation is this: on a recently purchased laptop (Core i5-7300, 2.5 Gh, 12 RAM, GeForce 1050 4 Gb) very low fps and visual unresponsiveness in games like Watch Dogs 2, Mass Effect, Andromeda, Metro last light etc on high graphics settings, some even on medium. What, in some games, some settings are not set low, medium, high - is the same: every 10-15 seconds of sagging, then again normal and so on. What could be the problem? Iron weak?
