You can cancel the pre-order and buy a different edition. Separately apparently did.

Don't know why they decided to abandon the Russian voice, but even in the first part of batlfront was(and is) a Russian voice.
Perhaps it is greed, after high-profile cases with litbarski and heroes for 60K, I have nothing surprised.
