Not extracted Weapons-grade materials (Destiny 2)

Hi all. Played for the hunter calmly took the blue and green for money and weapons-grade materials. I started playing in Titan - no matter how much I plead, do not give anything except money. Maybe I missed something and before they get materials that need a quest to do ???
