The problem with the x360ce emulator(latest version)

I have a scorpion rs3 gamepad. Set everything as it should be,transferred files in the game folder. In the game you hear the sound of the start of the program, but the game does not respond to the controller at all, only on the keyboard. Open programs and there is an empty window. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Help who can.
