Friezes and optimization (Arma 3)

Happy new year to all! I decided to buy an Armu 3, took. While running tutorial, and so everything was fine all morning and so on with stable fps, but decided to try online then went to hell. Wild drawdown fps ( Earl removed on average). Are there any ways of dealing with this disaster?.
