not all, just the first. The game rolled out empty at the start, a couple of States, but machines. Nonsense of course, it was not worth it, then that kind of money.
This staff could give free.
And, in Your place, I would not muddled about EVERYTHING. These will all run in Your grandchildren by that time. It quickly abandoned.

I'm afraid that before the release of the 50th US state, I simply will not survive. But if each state will be 8$, the sum is considerable, comes out!
