The problem with entering the game (Dead by Daylight)

Question: a J. F. D. after you attempt to install Direct 12(she was at that time on the computer or not-no idea,but most likely was) stopped working when you enter there is a splash,then the movement of the arrows gets horribly right. and I just issues a shutdown of the game,and then writes just such a reason.
