Problem with running 2 player (Cuphead)

Hello! The situation following, is the keyboard and joystick
I go into the game press START, the game starts then on the joystick press any button, player 2 is confirmed and comes.
The problem is that the second player as if not prescribed additional buttons menu navigation perks and store any key not working.
